How to Make a Gift to the EAC

We gratefully accept all donations to support our work. Your gifts ensure we can maintain a strong independent voice. Please advise us if you'd like your gift to cover a membership as well.

There are several ways you can make your gift:

2. Mail a cheque to 2705 Fern Lane, Halifax, NS, B3K 4L3

3. Pay online through CanadaHelps.Org or PayPal

• CanadaHelps.org will collect your donation on our behalf, and send you an immediate tax receipt. You can choose a monthly pay option, and even donate securities such as stocks and bonds via this site.
• PayPal: You can pay your membership dues or donate to the EAC using this form, which will process your payment through Paypal.

1% for the Planet – Businesses, consider donating 1% of your profits to the Ecology Action Centre and affiliate yourself with this organization

Throw a party: Have a birthday, wedding, graduation, birth, or other special event coming up?  Why not have family and friends donate to a cause you support in lieu of bringing gifts?  CanadaHelps.org now allows you to create a personal site that invites visitors to donate to a cause you choose.

Bequest – To ensure a sustainable province for your children, and their children's children, please remember the Ecology Action Centre in your will, or through a living trust. Endowments are a stable source of ongoing funding that will ensure our voice remains independent for years to come.

Inkind gifts – Goods or services donated for fundraisers or auctions, prizes for other activities, goods for Fern Lane, printing services, maintenance services, art, and more. Please call if you'd like to make an inkind donation to ensure we are able to utilize your gift.
