Our open-concept first floor was originally a location for O'Malley Electric Co. As a result of its commercial heritage, it has a lovely open-concept design which has eased its transformation to HRM Barrier-Free Guidelines.
The first floor features a front desk, four offices and a kitchen which doubles as a meeting space. The natural wall finishes help create an elegant appearance, and the windows harvest sunlight to create a lively and engaging atmosphere in which to work. Insulation was a key component of our renovation process, and we have maintained excellent displays that feature the various materials we used as well as the seasonal installation of caulking and weatherstripping.
